Hank the Friendly Wolf: Hank Finds a Home is the first book in the Hank series. It follows the adventures of a domesticated wolf dog named Hank. In the first book, Hank is adopted by a nice family that already has two other dogs. Hank learns to adjust to his new surroundings, and finds out that his new family loves and accepts him. The book aims to teach children about adoption, acceptance, blended families, and overcoming stereo-types.
